How to use your Ben Wa balls:
Perform a 15-minute training session daily. Insert the single 40g ball into your vagina and hold it in place with the strength of your vaginal muscles. You can increase the difficulty of your training by moving around, walking up and down the stairs or doing squats. Move on to the heavier models when you feel ready.
For easier insertion, we recommend using a water-based lubricant. Clean your balls before and after each use with a mild soap free of alcohol or silicone.

How To Change My Delivered Address?
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@mixedsex.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
